If you’ve never had overnight oats before, welcome to the the rest of your healthy eating life. They’re UHmazing, friend! Basically thick, creamy, sweet, heavenly cold oats that have been soaked overnight. The truth is that I’m completely the opposite of a morning person and happen to need a goooooood coffee “kickstart” every day. As in, please don’t talk to me before coffee. SORRYLUVYA! 😉

Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop mocha protein powder
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup coffee
  • 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Split into two jars and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
