Banana Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats

Creamy, sweet, DELICIOUS Banana Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats! Make this easy vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free breakfast in about 5 minutes and take it with you on-the-go the next day!

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 2 Tbsp maple sryup
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut chips
  • 1 banana
  1. Combine everything (except for the banana) together in a bowl. 

  2. Place in jars and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, top each jar with bananas slices and enjoy!
